Israel strikes targets in Syria, as control hangs in balance

U.S. officials say they’ve made direct contact with the Syrian rebel group that led the overthrow against the Assad regime. Meanwhile, as citizens there try to put their lives back together, Israel is launching airstrikes on military targets inside Syria. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY.
