First death in measles outbreak reported in Texas as cases grow

A child who was hospitalized with measles has died from the illness in West Texas, state and local health officials announced. Lubbock health officials and the Department of State Health Services said the patient was an unvaccinated school-aged child. More than 120 people have been infected in the current outbreak.
