Where to find Ise Sadatame and the messenger in Assassin's Creed Shadows - The Fool guide
Both Ise Sadatame and the messenger are part of a longer arc where you need to hunt down the Fool, one of the villains who's also a member of the Shinbakufu. The NPCs that you have to meet are in the outskirts of Kyoto, albeit in opposite directions. You can see where they're located in the map below:
Ise Sadatame's location
The first order of business is to find Ise Sadatame. He's in an area called Ogura Pond, which is southeast of Kyoto. Once you've tagged the Ogura Pond fast travel point, head north to Byodoin Temple and have a chat with Sadatame.
