How to reset skills and perks in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 - Lethean Water
You can your Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 skills and perks by drinking an item known as Lethean Water. The term itself comes from Greek Mythology, specifically from Lethe, a deity who embodies oblivion and forgetfulness. The river Lethe is also one of the waterways mentioned in various works that discuss the underworld of Hades.
Where to find Lethean Water?
Lethean Water is sometimes sold by apothecary vendors. It's a bit expensive, so you should try to haggle for a lower price. Stocks are also limited, so you have to wait for a few days to pass in-game just for vendors to replenish their wares.
How to brew Lethean Water?
If you want to have more Lethean Water in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, then your best bet is to just buy the recipe itself. You can then brew your own alchemical concoction:
- Base: Spirits
- Grind 2x Wormwood and add it to the cauldron.
- Add 1x Belladonna and brew for three turns.
- Add 1x Henbane.
- Distill the concoction.
What are the effects of Lethean Water?
As mentioned earlier, drinking Lethean Water lets you reset your perk points. Just reopen the Player tab/menu afterward, and you'll notice that you can reassign your talents as you please. However, this potion also has an adverse effect due to its 40% alcohol level. There's a pretty good chance that Henry will get drunk. To alleviate this, make sure you have a handy Hair o' the Dog potion with you.
