Kamala Harris And Tim Walz Launch Their Own Fortnite Map
As of today, there are seven days left in the campaign for the U.S. Presidential election. Now, the Democratic ticket headlined by Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is courting the gamer vote by launching their own map on Fortnite.
Fortnite players can access the Harris/Walz map by entering a code, 733155366547. The name of the map is Freedom Town, USA, and it may be the most pointed political use of Fortnite since it launched in 2015. Harris' team also posted a quick trailer for Freedom Town, including a look at some fighters in patriotic gear.
Freedom Town has been planned out to include Harris' campaign promises geared towards small businesses and first-time home owners, as well as a pledge to focus on affordable housing. Additionally, Fortnite content creators including Jordan "Huskerss" Thomas, MODELMORG, Himalyahs, and Khairi "Kdot" Harris will have dedicated streams set in Freedom Town.
