Call of Duty Season 3 is live in Black Ops 6, and Activision has revealed a detailed look at the items available to unlock in the brand-new battle pass. There are over a hundred items to earn across free and premium tiers of the Season 3 battle pass. This content includes OG weapons and operator skins, as well as plenty of new weapon blueprints and additional cosmetics.
Season 3 is so huge that the update will be split up for release on two separate days. Black Ops 6's update launches on April 2 with the new battle pass included. Warzone is offline at this time, but the content will become available when the battle royale's update arrives on April 3. The Season 3 patch notes for Black Ops 6 and Warzone can be found here.
This new season of Call of Duty is largely themed around nostalgia and the return of Warzone's Verdansk map. The free weapons in the pass include the CR-56 AMAX assault rifle and the HDR sniper rifle from Modern Warfare 2019. There's also a conversion kit that turns Black Ops 6's SWAT 5.56 into the beloved Grau 5.56 assault rifle from MW2019.
Purchasing the standard ($10) battle pass for Season 3 includes an instant unlock for Mace, who was originally introduced in Modern Warfare 2019. Other popular Call of Duty characters are also featured in the premium pass, including Jason Hudson, Frank Woods, and Helen Park. There's even a skin that makes Maya look like the Outrider operator from Black Ops 3.
Call of Duty's $30 BlackCell pass also returns with tons of bonus content and battle-pass tier skips. Season 3's new BlackCell operator is called R0-Z3, which pays homage to the infamous all-black Roze skin from Modern Warfare 2019 with an all-new look.
All of these operator skins can be seen in the gallery below. The images also include new shop bundles announced for Season 3, including operator bundles for Hollywood's stoner duo Jay and Silent Bob.
