Avatar: The Way of Water continues to make a splash at the box office. The sequel to the highest-grossing movie of all time has now passed $600 million at the domestic office and is on pace to surpass Avengers: Infinity War today, January 25, to become the No. 5 highest-grossing movie of all time worldwide.
The Way of Water has now reached $602 million in the US and $1.444 billion from international markets for a total of $2.046 billion globally.

Worldwide, The Way of Water ranks fifth, as mentioned, and has a chance of climbing higher to pass Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($2.07 billion) to reach No. 4 in the time ahead.
