Aaron Paul Stars In Superhero Workplace Comedy Game Dispatch
AdHoc Studio has announced a new narrative game called Dispatch at The Game Awards. The game follows a washed-up superhero (played by Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul) working an office job, dispatching his fellow superheroes as he works to regain his own status as a hero. The game is the debut title for AdHoc Studio, which was formed by former Telltale developers with a focus on narrative storytelling.
The game has a stacked, multidisciplinary cast alongside its lead Aaron Paul, who is joined by Westworld's Jeffrey Wright, prolific voice actors Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, and Matt Mercer, and a number of well-known gaming and internet personalities including Jacksepticeye, Moistcr1tikal, Alanah Pearce, Thot Squad, and more.
Dispatch follows Robert Robertson, whose career as superhero Mecha Man is interrupted after his mecha suit is destroyed in a battle with his arch nemesis. Now, he's forced to take a job at a superhero dispatch center, taking a backseat as a dispatcher instead of a hero as he works to regain his title as hero.
