The Yankees six-game road trip continues as they head to Detroit to face the Tigers for a three-game series.
Originally, all three contests at Comerica Park were scheduled for an evening start time of 6:40 p.m.
However, due to the forecast of expected wind chills in the 20s at night during this stretch, all three Yankees-Tigers games have been moved up significantly.
It starts with today's action beginning at 3:10 p.m., followed by first pitch for the final two games of the series moved up to 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.
The Bronx Bombers had their three-game winning streak snapped on Sunday afternoon when the Pirates held off a Yankees ninth inning rally to win 5-4 in extra innings and avoid being swept.
This is the final road series for the Yankees before they head back to the Bronx later this week for a six-game homestand, when they face the red-hot 8-1 San Francisco Giants for three games, followed by a three-game set versus the Kansas City Royals.
