The Memphis Grizzlies will face the Golden State Warriors in an NBA play-in tournament game on Tuesday, April 15.
The game, which will be broadcast on TNT, will tip off at 9 p.m. CT at Chase Center in San Francisco. The winner will advance to the NBA playoffs and face the No. 7 Houston Rockets, while the loser will face the winner of Wednesday's Kings-Mavericks game in a win-or-go-home game on Friday.
Memphis had been as high as No. 2 in the Western Conference just a couple of months ago, but the Grizzlies struggled in the final stretch of the season and ultimately fell into the play-in as the No. 8 seed.
The Warriors had the opposite journey, struggling in their season's start before acquiring Jimmy Butler ahead of the NBA trade deadline. They'd been climbing up the standings since, but they lost in overtime to the Clippers on Sunday afternoon to end up in the play-in.
