USC lands new commit from Texas wide receiver

USC football recruiting is red hot right now. The Trojans currently hold the No. 1 class in the country for the 2026 cycle, and they are continuing to add to their haul. On Wednesday, USC landed yet another commitment, this one from wide receiver Kohen Brown.

Brown comes to USC from Waxahachie, Texas. On3 Consensus ranks him as the No. 589 overall player and the No. 88 wide receiver in the class of 2026.

USC currently holds 19 commits in the 2026 class. Of those 19, 10 are ranked among the top 200 players nationally by On3 Consensus.

Under new general manager Chad Bowden, the Trojans have been extremely aggressive on the recruiting trail. Do not expect that to stop any time soon, as USC continues to add elite talent to its program.

In addition to recruiting the 2026 class, the spring transfer portal window will be huge for the Trojans. Expect Bowden to make some significant moves this spring as USC looks to improve its roster ahead of the 2025 season.
