Should star Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown rest for the last game of the 2024-25 NBA regular season? And what about the first round of the 2025 NBA Playoffs? The Georgia native has been dealing with some knee issues for some time now, sapping his normally explosive style of play and visibly leaving him not himself on the court.
According to the team, he has been playing with a nasty bone bruise and knee impingement, but we have been assured it can't get worse from playing on it. Most of the time, these things don't get better without rest, so should the Cal alum sit -- and for how long, if he does? Boston could likely survive fine without him in the first round of the postseason.
