‘Ronaldo is not the only one’ – Danish coach states Leao is one of Portugal’s main threats
Rafael Leao, despite not being at his best, is still a very dangerous player and AC Milan must find a way to get him into his most prolific state.
On paper, Leao is, without a doubt, Milan’s best player, poster boy, and every other superlative that is used to describe a player like the Portuguese star. However, this player is not seen regularly enough.
Instead, the Rossoneri are often left dreaming after glimpses of talent on occasion, and this leaves a very frustrating feeling present. Of course, everyone knows about the talent without Leao, but the regularity of its appearance is certainly the frustration.
So, getting the best of the winger is certainly a key thing for the next head coach, whoever that may be, with reports already suggesting that Leao is one of three players to focus on under the new regime.
Despite not being at his best though, opponents still rightfully view him as a big threat, and this afternoon, the Danish National Team coach has put the winger on the same pedestal as Cristiano Ronaldo, and Milan News have relayed his comments.
