The Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns and New York Giants are sending larger groups to Boulder for Colorado's pro day on Friday. However, the Patriots are only sending vice president of player personnel Ryan Cowden, according to NFL insider Albert Breer.
The two main players of interest for teams are quarterback Shedeur Sanders and cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter. New England is already set at quarterback with Drake Maye, but they could be in a position at No. 4 to select Hunter if he falls down the board.
Hunter fits what the Patriots need as a dynamic playmaker on both sides of the ball.
"With the teams with the top three picks traveling larger groups to Boulder, the Patriots—holding the fourth pick—have VP of player personnel Ryan Cowden at Colorado Pro Day to see CB/WR Travis Hunter work out (Shedeur Sanders would be less relevant for them, obviously)," Breer posted on X.

Hunter could immediately make an impact for the Patriots, particularly as a receiver for Maye. The Patriots have already formed a solid cornerback duo between Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis III.
Adding a standout offensive player like Hunter to a Patriots offense that just signed Stefon Diggs would do wonders for the unit. Even with one representative in attendance, the Patriots are still clearly interested in Hunter.
