Patience vs. frustration – Real Madrid rising stars are on different tracks with Ancelotti
According to a report from SPORT, Real Madrid youngsters Endrick and Arda Guler find themselves in contrasting situations at the club.
Both players, considered among the most promising talents of their generation, have struggled for game time under Carlo Ancelotti, with the Italian manager yet to fully integrate them into his plans.
However, their perspectives on the matter differ significantly.
Guler, who has now spent 20 months at the club, is growing increasingly frustrated with his lack of opportunities. In fact, he is seriously considering a loan move, as limited minutes are hindering his development.
Guler wants to grow
Without regular playing time, he risks stagnation—a situation his entourage is keen to avoid.
Given Real Madrid’s ongoing midfield struggles, some believe Ancelotti could afford to give him more chances, but the manager remains unconvinced. As a result, Guler’s camp is exploring options for a temporary exit.
Inter Milan have enquired about Guler’s availability, even making an approach to his representatives. However, Real Madrid have rejected any possibility of a transfer, at least for now.
Despite this, the young midfielder’s confidence in Ancelotti appears to be waning, and he may push for a move in search of consistent minutes.
What about Endrick?
Endrick, on the other hand, remains patient and optimistic. The Brazilian forward was well aware of the competition he would face upon arriving and has embraced the challenge.
Though his appearances have been limited, he has made the most of them, scoring six goals—four as a substitute and two as a starter. His ability to make an impact despite minimal playing time has impressed many within the club.
Unlike Guler, Endrick is content with his current role. He values the experience of training alongside world-class forwards and learning from them.
While he remains on the fringes of the squad, the forward believes in his long-term prospects at Madrid and has no intention of seeking a move away.
