It's no secret that part of the building blocks of a College Football national championship for Ohio State last season was the ability to have two dynamic running backs. The split carries not only kept the tandem fresh, it also provided a bit of a change of pace against defenses and allowed the passing game to take flight because of the attention the opposition had to pay to the running game.
One of those two was Ole Miss transfer Quinshon Judkins. He was an All-SEC player who moved on to greener pastures on the banks of the Olentangy, and boy, did it pay dividends. Not only did he enjoy a memorable, national-title winning season, but he also improved his NFL draft stock on the way to a season that saw him eclipse the 1,000-yard mark, show an elite ability to block, and show leadership on a team that had several seasoned leaders already pulling their weight.
All of that has NFL scouts and executives drooling over the prospect of taking him as one of the best options at the position in the draft, but where he goes remains to be seen.
However, what we can do, is read what's occurring with Judkins and the teams he is meeting with as potential landing spots, and we have some of that starting to find its way into the news cycle. In fact, according to Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports, Judkins already has some visits lined up. He has already met with the Dallas Cowboys and has meetings with the Texans, Broncos, Bengals, Giants, and Browns coming up.

We know Cleveland fans would love for him to stay in the state of Ohio, but there's still a long way to go, plenty of rumors to make the rounds, and several different ways the draft can go, so we'll all just have to be in wait-and-see-mode.
For now, though, it's clear that Judkins is going somewhere in the top half of the draft, it just depends on where it'll be. We'll be here for it all, so stay tuned.
