Notre Dame exhibit open at Pro Football Hall of Fame through April 27
With Notre Dame being such a storied brand in college football, it's not surprise that it has contributed mightily to professional football. In fact, it is tied with USC for the most members enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame at 14.
So it should come as no surprise that the Hall of Fame has opened a temporary exhibit paying tribute to the Irish's impact on pro football. The exhibit opened Friday with Dave Casper on hand to cut the ribbon, and it will run through April 27.
This exhibit, entitled "Gold Helmet to Gold Jacket", is part of a series in which the Hall of Fame is honoring college and professional teams who have done big things for the sport. Ohio State will be the next team to be so honored.
So if you have some free time over the next month-and-a-half and are willing and able to travel, we might suggest Canton, Ohio:
✨ “Gold Helmet to Gold Jacket” is a new exhibit honoring the 14 @NDFootball alumni who have been enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame!
