Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders has given a stern warning to the Cleveland Browns and the rest of the NFL with less than two weeks until the 2025 NFL draft.
Sanders was on the Kay Adams show to discuss the NFL draft. The quarterback discussed many things about the pre-draft process, including his latest visit with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sanders is projected to be the second quarterback chosen during the 2025 NFL draft. However, it’s unclear where he’ll be drafted. The quarterback’s draft stock has been sliding in recent weeks as the Cleveland Browns and Giants have coalesced around Travis Hunter and Abdul Carter as the top two picks. Sanders has drawn a lot of interest from the Saints, Steelers, and Rams.

Sanders to the Steelers is starting to heat up. He spent Thursday in Pittsburgh and was complimentary of the organization. Sanders said Tomlin and his dad are very similar as coaches. Both are old-school coaches who demand perfection from their players. Sanders knows he could learn a lot from the Steelers. He was even optimistic about the idea of being mentored by Aaron Rodgers. Sanders warned teams they shouldn’t make the mistake of letting him slide to the Steelers. The comment felt pointed after Louis Riddick said he believed that the Sanders family didn’t want him being drafted by the Browns.
The Browns are still very interested in Sanders and would trade up for him at the right price.
