Mount Aloysius sophomore named to D3hoops.com Region 7 third team

CRESSON, Pa. – Mount Aloysius sophomore forward Molly Kosmack was named to the D3hoops.com Region 7 third team.

The Homer-Center graduate is the first Mounties player to be named all-region in program history.

She led the Mounties in scoring with 15.9 points per game, while also leading the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference with 11.4 rebounds per contest and a 59.0% field goal percentage. Nationally, she ranked eighth in field goal percentage and 11th in double-doubles with 17. Kosmack earned AMCC first-team recognition and was the AMCC co-defensive player of the year for the second straight season.

In 2023-24, Kosmack was selected as the D3hoops.com Region 7 co-rookie of the year, as this marks her second time receiving recognition in the outlet's postseason awards.
