LOOK. Complete 2025 NCAA Women's March Madness Basketball Tournament bracket
The Ohio State men may have missed out on March Madness, but the Ohio State women are going dancing again under head coach Kevin McGuff. In fact, the Buckeyes turned the page from last year after having to retool and still finished in a tie for third place in the Big Ten and doing enough this season to be awarded a No. 4 seed in the upcoming Women's NCAA Tournament.
You never know what can happen when the March shenanigans get going, but this year's OSU squad doesn't seem to have as much promise to go on a deep run as the previous two years unless it can unleash havoc on defense and create some scoring chances on the other end. If Ohio State is to make a run through to the Final Four in Tampa, it'll have to get past a potential matchup against No. 5 seed Tennessee, No. 1 seed Texas, as well as a Birmingham Region that also has No. 6 Michigan, No. 3 Notre Dame, and No. 2 seed TCU.
In other words, it won't be easy.
But hey, to win it all, you have to walk through the fire and that's what every team in the tournament is tasked with doing. In case you need somewhere to get a look at the entire NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament, we have the complete bracket as some eye candy for you below.
