John Calipari and Rick Pitino shared a classy moment after Arkansas upset St. John's
No. 10 seed Arkansas knocked No. 2 seed St. John's out of 2025 March Madness during Saturday's Round of 32 in Providence, which concluded yet another bout between legendary college coaches John Calipari and Rick Pitino.
The two coaches have been going at it for years at various spots, most notably when Calipari was at Kentucky and Pitino was at Louisville.
After Arkansas' upset victory, Arkansas coach Calipari and St. John's coach Pitino shared a classy moment with each other on the sideline during postgame handshakes.
It's clear these two veteran coaches have a lot of respect for each other, and we have a feeling this won't be the last time Calipari and Pitino square off on the hardwood in their respective careers.
