The 6-foot-10 Indiana basketball transfer from Brewster Academy (Mass.) went from occasional option as a freshman to consistent contributor as a sophomore to centerpiece as a junior. He earned Atlantic 10 Most Improved Player and first-team all-conference honors in 2025, scoring in double figures in all but two games, with a high of 32 vs. Richmond.

Bailey has good footwork and vision in tight spaces, enabling him to get shots or find teammates near the basket, and he can complete a play through contact. He isn't a high-volume 3-point shooter, but he improved his accuracy greatly between his sophomore and junior seasons.
