Edwin Joseph to miss spring with injury
Florida State defensive back Edwin Joseph will miss the rest of the spring with what coach Mike Norvell called a "small injury."
Norvell said Joseph's injury wouldn't limit him over the summer.
Joseph had 13 tackles, 1.5 sacks and an interception in 2024 as a redshirt freshman. He played in all 12 of FSU's games, recording .5 sacks and his interception against Cal.
Norvell quickly mentioned second-year defensive back Ricky Knight III as one player who could see more reps as a result of Joseph's injury.
FSU is without defensive lineman Jayson Jenkins and safeties Shyheim Brown and Conrad Hussey this spring due to injuries Norvell announced before the spring.
