Colts free agent DT Neville Gallimore's 2025 salary cap hit
What will free-agent defensive tackle Neville Gallimore's salary cap hit be with the Indianapolis Colts during the 2025 NFL season?
Gallimore signed a one-year deal worth $1.27 million, according to Over the Cap.
With a base salary of $1.17 million and a signing bonus of $100,000, Gallimore will play out the 2025 season on a very minimal cap hit of $1.13 million. This ranks 35th on the Colts team currently.
After releasing Raekwon Davis, the Colts needed to bolster their defensive tackle depth behind Grover Stewart and DeForest Buckner--and hopefully get improved play behind those two in the process.
Gallimore is a former third-round pick in the 2020 NFL draft by the Dallas Cowboys. He spent this most recent season playing with the LA Rams in a rotational role.
Compared league-wide to his position group, Gallimore ranked 51st out of 120 defensive tackles in PFF's pass rush productivity metric. Against the run, he was 133rd in run-stop rate last season.
This addition won't stop the Colts from further adding to this position group. With a deep defensive tackle draft class this year, look for GM Chris Ballard to make another addition or two come April to further improve the depth of this unit.
