CHUKWUEZE WITH AN ASSIST, VICTORY FOR WALKER AND ENGLAND
Two Rossoneri players took to the pitch for their respective national teams on Friday 21 March. Sammy Chukwueze made a key contribution for Nigeria in their 2-0 victory over Rwanda on matchday 5 in World Cup qualifying: the Rossoneri No.21 provided a headed assist for Osimhen for the Super Eagles’ second goal at the end of the first half. Nigeria currently sit fourth with six points in Group C.
It was also a good evening for Kyle Walker and England, who kicked off their World Cup qualification campaign with victory over Albania. In Tuchel’s first match in charge, the Three Lions won 2-0 at Wembley. Our defender played 95 minutes after starting at right-back.
