In the opening quarter against the Portland Trail Blazers, Buddy Hield joined an exclusive club.
In his first season with the Golden State Warriors, the veteran sharpshooter knocked down 200 3-pointers and counting. Hield's 200th triple of the season marked his seventh straight season with 200 or more 3-pointers. Only five players in NBA history have hit 200 3-pointers in seven straight seasons, now including Hield.
Hield joined his teammate Steph Curry along with Klay Thompson, James Harden and Damian Lillard as the only players in the NBA to hit 200 or more 3-pointers in seven consecutive seasons.

Hield led the Warriors off the bench on Friday night, scoring 16 points on 6-of-14 shooting from the field with four 3-pointers in 23 minutes off the bench.
The 32-year-old will have the chance to add to his 3-point total in Golden State's highly anticipated regular season finale on Sunday against the Los Angeles Clippers.
