We asked for your views on captain Son Heung-min's recent form for Tottenham Hotspur.

Here are some of your comments:

Sean: Personally, I think that Son's problem is that he is 32, not far from 33 and he's in a physical decline. It was going to come sooner rather than later and us Spurs fans need to accept that he can't play every three or four days. He needs a full week's rest, and I think he is lacking confidence.

Richard: I would take the captaincy away from Son and give it to Romero (they took the captaincy away from Ian Botham in the 1981 Ashes and the rest is history). Let him express himself freely.

Len: Shame about Son but age affects us all. No longer the brilliant player he was, for the sake of the team he must be dropped.

Charlie: I think as Son is getting older, his speed decreasing is really affecting his game and I think we need to hire someone who can help him with impacting the game without speed.

Rory: Son has been a brilliant player for the club and still shows it in rarer flashes of brilliance. But he needs to start being an impact sub. Coming on after an hour, against tired defenders, will enable him to impact the game better. Starting with Tel or Odobert and their pace will tire defenders out.
