Jack Grealish ended his long wait for a Premier League goal on Wednesday night in Manchester City's 3-0 win against Leicester, and it marked a special moment for the midfielder and his family.

Following his goal, Grealish pointed both of his hands to the sky, and then in a touching post-match interview, revealed it was the 25 year anniversary of the death of his younger brother, Keelan, who sadly passed away before his first birthday.

The 29-year-old noted both of his parents were at the game on what is always a tough day for the family.

Grealish also posted a tribute on Instagram, dedicating the goal to his brother.

It's been a tough season for the former Aston Villa man, but it's important to remember there are things far more important than football.
