Two teams booked their place in the FA Cup semi-finals after Saturday's last eight ties.

Here's what went down

Forest are off to Wembley!

Nottingham Forest are off to Wembley after a 0-0 draw through 120-minutes of action ended in 4-3 shootout win.

A cagey first half became most notable for Carlos Baleba's effort which flew just past Matz Sels' left-hand post as both sides cancelled each other out.

But there was controversy after the interval as the visitors won a penalty for Kaoru Mitoma's apparent foul on Elliot Anderson before it was later overturned by VAR.

With the clash scoreless after 90 minutes, a more lively extra time period ensued with Diego G贸mez going closest with a header which Sels tipped over the crossbar.

The Seagulls appeared to have snatched the spoils in the closing minutes of the tie through Pervis Estupi帽谩n's shinned effort but it was immediately flagged offside.

It would eventually come down to penalties, with both sides nailing home their first two before Forest would find an advantage after Jack Hinshelwood was denied by Sels.

That advantage would not hold, however, after Neco Williams sent his effort over the bar to keep it level at two-all, only for Sels to deny Diego G贸mez's powerful hit to once again gift Forest a chance to take the lead from the spot, which Milenkovi膰 converted.

After Lewis Dunk hit home Brighton's final effort from the spot, it would be Ryan Yates to seal the win for Nuno's outfit, sealing their place in the FA Cup semi-final's.

Palace seal first Wembley spot

Scorers: Eze 34', Sarr 38', Nketiah 75'

Crystal Palace sealed the FA Cup semi-final's first place with a 3-0 win over Fulham.

The visitors welcomed back Jean-Philippe Mateta as he made a first start since being stretchered off after a horror tackle in their fifth round win over Millwall.

They opened the scoring through Eberechi Eze's sweetly struck effort before he teed up Isma茂la Sarr for a second just four minutes later. at Craven Cottage

Oliver Glasner's side piled the misery on the Cottagers in the closing stages as Eddie Nketiah slotted past Bernd Leno at his near post.

Palace have now reached the competition's last four three times in the past decade.

Sunday sees the remaining quarter final ties take place with Preston hosting Aston Villa while Manchester City travel to Bournemouth.
