Watch live: Walz concludes final swing through Michigan
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) is ending his final blitz through battleground Michigan Friday evening, rallying voters with the election just days away.
The Democratic vice presidential candidate made several stops in the Great Lakes State Friday, offering closing remarks as early voting is set to conclude in the state. Vice President Harris, his party's presidential nominee, urged supporters in the state earlier this week to cast their ballots early to provide a boost ahead of Election Day.
Walz also gave remarks in Detroit and Flint earlier Friday.
The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's polling index shows Harris ahead of former President Trump in the crucial swing state — 48.6 percent to 48.1 percent.
The event in Traverse City is scheduled to begin at 7:45 p.m. EDT.
