President Biden will hold a rally in Raleigh, N.C., on Friday, his first campaign stop after his stumbling performance in the Thursday night presidential debate.
Biden will be joined at his rally by rappers Fat Joe and E-40, who will each perform for the crowd. North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper (D) and Attorney General Josh Stein (D) will also be in attendance.
The event is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. EDT.
