Watch live: Biden makes final pre-holiday trip to DC children's hospital as president

President Biden and first lady Jill Biden are set to make their final pre-holiday visit to Children's National Hospital in Washington before they leave the White House.

During the trip Friday afternoon, they are expected to meet with families and patients. It is also tradition for them to read a Christmas story to the children.

The event is scheduled to begin at 2:10 p.m. EST.
