Watch live: Biden delivers remarks highlighting economic legacy
President Biden is delivering remarks at the Brookings Institution Tuesday afternoon, touting his economic agenda and making the case that it has been more effective than the kind of tax cuts and tariffs likely to be implemented under President-elect Trump.
He is expected to boast about legislative investments in infrastructure, manufacturing and local communities, as well as job creation during his four years in office.
The event also comes after the White House laid out the administration's top priorities for Biden's final days in office.
Biden's remarks are expected to begin at 12:15 p.m. EST.
