Steve Bannon says spending four months in prison 'empowered' him
Steve Bannon, the right-wing podcast host and former Donald Trump campaign official, held a press conference following his release from prison. Bannon claimed he had been "a political prisoner" under what he called the "Merrick Garland, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi regime" for standing by his beliefs. Bannon, who served four months, asserted that they intended to "shut down the War Room" and "break" him, but declared he is now "far from broken" and feels more "empowered."
