Rubio defends Trump tariffs, says Putin needs to show he ‘wants peace’
Speaking at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters President Trump’s tariffs will “reset” global trade. Rubio also said Russia needs to show it is serious about a peace deal with Ukraine.
