After meeting with Pete Hegseth, President-elect Trump's pick for defense secretary, Republican Sen. Joni Ernst said she's not yet ready to support him. But Hegseth says he's optimistic and will press on as long as Trump supports him. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports.
