Powell shouldn't 'be chairman of the Federal Reserve,' says Warren

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), a member of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, tells Chuck Todd that Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell has "two jobs," to deal with monetary policy and regulation, and "he has failed at both."
