Harris kicks off Economic Opportunity Tour: Watch live
Vice President Harris will join Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings, hosts of the personal finance podcast "Earn Your Leisure," for a conversation Monday in the Atlanta suburb of College Park.
Harris’s trip to Georgia is the first stop on a tour planned to showcase the Biden-Harris administration’s support for local economies. A statement released by the White House ahead of the event points to federal investments aimed at developing Georgia’s small businesses, improving neighborhood infrastructure and training workers for careers in tech.
The discussion is slated to start at 2:45 p.m. EDT.
