Fox Sports hairstylist claims Skip Bayless offered $1.5M for sex
A former employee at Fox Sports is alleging Skip Bayless repeatedly sexually harassed her and offered her money for sex, according to a lawsuit filed against both Bayless and Fox Sports.
Lawyers for Noushin Faraji, who worked as a hairstylist and makeup artist at Fox Sports at the time Bayless was a leading personality on the network, allege she was "forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity."
Faraji alleges Bayless gave her "lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek" that were unwanted and told her he could "change her life" if she had sex with him.
Her lawsuit contends that in July 2021, Bayless "told her he wanted to be with her."
After she refused, Bayless then grabbed her hands, began kissing them and offered her $1.5 million to have sex," the lawsuit reads.
In a statement to The Hill, Fox Sports said “we take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation."
The Hill has reached out to a lawyer who represents Bayless.
Fox canceled Bayless's "Undisputed" show last year as part of a shake-up of its daytime programming.
