CIA sends buyout offers, USAID places direct hires on leave
The U.S. Agency for International Development declared almost all direct hires around the world will be placed on administrative leave after the Trump administration made changes to the organization that crippled the group's mission. Meanwhile, the CIA became the latest agency to offer buyouts to nearly its entire workforce.
