Treasury yields end at lowest in over a week after Putin signs new nuclear doctrine

Treasury yields fell to their lowest closing levels in more than a week on Tuesday, after the Kremlin revised its nuclear doctrine in response to missile strikes by Ukraine and reduced Russia’s threshold for using nuclear arms.
